The Ockbrook and Borrowash Parish Council is hosting a Neighbourhood Plan Consultation Event on Friday, 21st February, at Ockbrook Parish Hall, from 5.30pm to 8pm.

This is your chance to have your say on the future of our community! 🌍✨ Whether you're passionate about local development, green spaces, or community facilities, this event will help shape the plan that will guide the growth and development of our area for years to come.

What is a Neighbourhood Plan?A Neighbourhood Plan is a community-led framework that gives us a voice in local planning decisions. It sets out what our residents want to see in terms of housing, transport, local amenities, and more. However, it doesn't give us control over national policies or decisions that are made at a higher level, like major roads or national infrastructure.

This plan is all about guiding local development, ensuring that it benefits us and respects our community values.
