Chair Based Exercise
Chair Based / Otago exercise is a gentle strength and balance workout for falls prevention in older adults, seniors and anyone experiencing joint weakness. We welcome all levels of fitness, whether you are new to exercise or already attend other classes.
We meet on Fridays 12.35 pm – 1.35 pm at Ockbrook Parish Hall, so come join us, meet new people and have some fun!!!
